If you are looking to make a difference in people's lives, we invite you to join us!The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a key medical function supporting the Oncology and Rare Diseases portfolio across North Macedonia, Albania, and Kosovo. The role is predominantly field-based with a hybrid component, combining high-quality, scientifically driven interactions with internal and external stakeholders through individual engagements, educational activities, and medical projects, alongside essential office-based responsibilities including internal coordination, planning, and documentation.The MSL serves as a recognized scientific expert in the therapeutic areas under their responsibility, maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge to enable credible and compliant scientific exchange. The MSL contributes to the local implementation of the medical strategy across North Macedonia, Albania, and Kosovo, supporting the generation, interpretation, and communication of scientific data relevant to Oncology and Rare Diseases.Acting as the primary medical point of contact for a defined group of key healthcare professionals, including key opinion leaders (KOLs) relevant to the respective disease areas (Oncology or Rare Diseases), the MSL builds strong, collaborative relationships and ensures effective cross-functional communication with commercial, market access, and other relevant internal stakeholders across North Macedonia, Albania, and Kosovo. The MSL also systematically captures, synthesizes, and shares actionable medical insights from the field (e.g., clinical practice trends, unmet needs, evidence gaps, and stakeholder feedback) to inform internal stakeholders, support evidence-based decision-making, and strengthen medical planning and execution across North Macedonia, Albania, and Kosovo.Reporting line: The MSL reports directly to the Medical Affairs Manager.
