Executive Assistant - CEO - Charitable OrganisationWest-End | £50,000 (£25.50 p/h) | Temp to Perm
An international charitable foundation is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Team from their London office. The organisation focuses on strategic partnerships with governments.
This is a fast-paced, internationally focused role requiring excellent attention to detail, cultural awareness and the ability to manage complex global logistics.
The Role:
Provide EA support to the CEO and Team
Coordinate complex international travel, including visas, itineraries and logistics
Manage diaries across multiple time zones
Organise international board meetings, including travel and accommodation for board members
Prepare and coordinate board packs
Arrange meetings and events with senior stakeholders, including government officials
Work closely with two other Executive Assistants to ensure smooth team support
About You:
Experience managing complex international travel and logistics
Excellent written English and strong attention to detail
Professional, culturally aware and confident working with senior stakeholders
Proactive, energetic and solutions-focused
Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
Comfortable working in a collaborative EA team and being flexible when needed
Details:
Office-based, Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:30pm)
Flexibility required to respond outside of hours when necessary
6 month temporary contract with potential to become permanent
