About the Role
Strong Enterprise DBA experience with performance tuning, monitoring and troubleshooting for RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL/Postgres) and familiarity with NoSQL where applicable. Proven experience in DB security: access controls, encryption, injection prevention and policy enforcement. Hands-on experience with database patching, upgrades, backup/recovery and high-availability solutions (Data Guard/replication). Experience setting up DB environments from scratch and configuring backend/app integration. Solid data analysis skills for performance optimization and capacity planning. Scripting/automation skills (Shell, PowerShell, Python) for operational tasks and migrations. Strong communication skills and experience working with application teams during deployments and migrations
