Reporting directly to the executive level and providing oversight to all departments—from sales and marketing to operations—you will partner with team leaders to deliver the exceptional service and sustainable growth that our growers expect.

Responsibilities:
Leadership, Market Growth, Assuring Efficient Operations including communications within Legend.
Provide comprehensive support to all divisions of Legend Seeds, including seed and crop enhancements, across the entire marketing territory.
Execute and contribute to the development of a multi-year strategic plan aimed at increasing revenue, expanding market share, and strengthening regional brand presence, while improving operational efficiency.
Direct the sales and marketing teams with clear expectations, measurable goals, and develop a strong performance driven culture.
Lead organizational operations by establishing clear expectations, measurable objectives, and clear performance standards.
Focus on strengthening dealer networks, strategic accounts, and key grower relationships.
Build the Legend Seeds image both internally and externally.
Identify opportunities for expansion profit centered development.
Champion a customer-first mindset that differentiates the company through service, responsiveness, and agronomic value.
Work with product management to ensure the portfolio aligns with local agronomic needs and market demand.
Analyze competitive activity and implement strategies to grow.
Strategic Leadership with CEO and CFO
Establish annual business plans with clear revenue and margin targets.
Collaborate with CEO and CFO on long-term vision, investments, and growth initiatives.
Evaluate partnerships, licensing opportunities, and supplier relationships that enhance competitiveness.
Develop pricing strategy to balance volume growth with margin performance.
Accountability for P&L performance with an emphasis on revenue growth, margin improvement and improved efficiency.
Build and manage annual budgets, sales forecasts, and expense controls. Use data and market insights to guide decision-making and resource allocation.
Align compensation and incentives with sales performance and strategic objectives.

Develop a plan with your teams to expand underperforming products or services.
Manage and monitor the various programs.

Operational Oversight
Ensure production, supply chain, and inventory strategies support sales targets.
Maintain high standards for seed quality, treatment, logistics, and on-time delivery.
Promote cross-functional alignment so the organization executes seamlessly during peak seasons.
Drive continuous improvement without sacrificing service levels.
Build relationships with growers, agronomists, industry partners, and trade organizations.
Stay informed on seed genetics, trait technology, and regional agronomic trends.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
5+ years of leadership experience in seed or broader agriculture industry.
Proven track record of delivering sustained sales growth and expanding market share.
Experience leading regional teams and competing in relationship-driven markets.
People skills to motivate and manage staff.
