<p>Anderson Knight are recruiting a HR Adviser based in Glasgow. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organisation as part of a wider HR team, supporting the business with a strong focus on Employee Relations (ER). This role is fully onsite and suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.</p>
<p><strong>The Role:</strong><br />
As HR Adviser, you will play a key role in delivering a proactive and professional HR service across the business. With a heavy emphasis on Employee Relations, you will manage a broad range of casework and provide expert guidance to line managers.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Managing a high volume of ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance issues</li>
<li>Providing clear, pragmatic advice to managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment law</li>
<li>Supporting investigations, hearings, and appeals</li>
<li>Ensuring consistent and fair application of HR processes</li>
<li>Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives</li>
<li>Maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance requirements</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About You:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in a HR Advisory role with strong ER exposure</li>
<li>Confident managing a busy and varied caseload</li>
<li>Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law</li>
<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li>
<li>Ability to work onsite full time in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What’s on Offer:</strong></p>

<li>Salary between £35,000 – £38,000</li>
