<p></p><h3 class="cs86A4E5F3"><span class="cs1FF09C5C">Marketing Events Coordinator</span></h3><p class="cs86A4E5F3"><span class="cs960CF4AD">Location:</span><span class="cs4CCD1CE7"> London | </span><span class="cs960CF4AD">Hybrid</span></p><p class="cs86A4E5F3"><span class="cs4CCD1CE7">A leading international professional services organisation is seeking a </span><span class="cs960CF4AD">Marketing Events Coordinator</span><span class="cs4CCD1CE7"> to support the planning and delivery of high quality </span><span class="cs960CF4AD">in person, virtual and hybrid events</span><span class="cs4CCD1CE7">. This role works closely with marketing, business development and fee earning teams to deliver client acing events aligned to firm objectives.</span></p><p class="cs86A4E5F3"><span class="cs960CF4AD">Key responsibilities:</span></p><ul style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0;"><li class="cs51238E24"><span class="cs4CCD1CE7">Supporting end to end planning and delivery of client events, webinars, conferences and hospitality</span></li><li class="cs51238E24"><span class="cs4CCD1CE7">Coordinating logistics, venues, suppliers, invitations, RSVPs and event materials</span></li><li class="cs51238E24"><span class="cs4CCD1CE7">Providing on site and virtual event support to ensure seamless delivery</span></li><li class="cs51238E24"><span class="cs4CCD1CE7">Managing budgets, post event reporting and supplier relationships</span></li><li class="cs51238E24"><span class="cs4CCD1CE7">Collaborating with internal teams including BD, Design, IT and Communications</span></li></ul><p class="cs86A4E5F3"><span class="cs960CF4AD">About you:</span></p><ul style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0;"><li class="cs51238E24"><span class="cs4CCD1CE7">2+ years events or project management experience in a corporate or professional services environment</span></li><li class="cs51238E24"><span class="cs4CCD1CE7">Experience delivering both in person and virtual events</span></li><li class="cs51238E24"><span class="cs4CCD1CE7">Highly organised, detail orientated and calm under pressure</span></li><li class="cs51238E24"><span class="cs4CCD1CE7">Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</span></li></ul><p class="cs86A4E5F3"><span class="cs960CF4AD">Reports to:</span><span class="cs4CCD1CE7"> Marketing Events Manager</span></p><p class="cs2654AE3A"><span class="cs4CCD1CE7">Apply with your CV to be considered.</span></p><p class="cs2654AE3A"><span class="csC8F6D76"> </span></p><p class="cs2654AE3A"><span class="csC8F6D76">Due to the high volume of applications, we are not able to respond to all enquiries.
