About the Role
Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Service Desk Specialist for a client of ours in Raleigh, NC.
Responsibilities
Responsible for both hands on and phone support for end users
Perform inventory management and computer cloning/imaging to resolve end user issues
Requirements
3+ years of related experience
Experience with Windows Desktop and Printer support
Knowledge of Active Directory is required
A+ certification is preferred
Ability to multitask and assess risk/perform mitigation actions
Familiar with Windows 7, Microsoft Office, Imaging, VMWare, Windows Server 2008
