Job Description Lead and oversee the Quality Management system for an AS9100/NADCAP Aerospace certified facility Manage a team of approximately 25 direct reports, including 1 Inspector, 5 Quality Engineers, 4 Technicians, and 12 NDT Technicians Drive continuous improvement of the AS9100/NADCAP system through corrective actions and root cause analysis Serve as the strategic and tactical point of contact for supplier quality issues and audit findings Address and resolve non-conformance issues in partnership with Manufacturing to ensure product quality Key Requirements BS Degree in a relevant engineering or quality discipline required Experience in an AS9100/NADCAP certified aerospace facility is mandatory Strong expertise in corrective actions and quality management systems Background in heat treat, furnaces, or forging operations Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines All applications must be accompanied by a resume and contact information Please forward your resume to Daniel Pierdomenico and reference job #10606DP
