About the role
Participation in a project for a client building the largest fuel station network in Central Europe. The person in this role will work as a Business Process Analyst within the Digital Channels Development and Customer Relations Office, supporting experienced experts in gathering business requirements, describing business processes and preparing project documentation.

- Knowledge of Business Analyst work products/deliverables
- Practical knowledge of BPMN notation and experience in process modeling (e.g. using tools such as Enterprise Architect)
- Ability to create clear and understandable business process descriptions
- Practical skills in requirements specification
- Good command of Polish, both spoken and written (required for documentation preparation)
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Higher education degree (or final year student)
- Results-oriented mindset and business accountability
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Independence and good self-organization skills
- Continuous learning mindset and openness to different perspectives
Nice to have
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, or PMBOK)
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and teams simultaneously
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps tools
- Experience and/or business knowledge in the areas of CRM, mobile applications, web portals, e-commerce and Big Data
Main responsibilities
- Cooperating with the team and internal client in the preparation of analytical and project documentation
- Describing and modeling business processes (BPMN)
- Gathering, analyzing, documenting, and maintaining requirements
- Supporting solution planning and testing processes
- Cooperating with development and testing teams to ensure solution consistency and alignment between documentation and the delivered solution
