Manage day-to-day build operations supporting department management. Review program(s) status daily and report percentage of completion.</span></span></span></li></ul><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="line-height:115%;"><b>Minimum requirements:</b></span></span></span><ul><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="line-height:115%;">Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering.</span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="line-height:115%;">Minimum of 4 years of managing projects and programs.</span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="line-height:115%;">Minimum of 2 years of formal or informal leadership experience.</span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="line-height:115%;">U.S. citizen under International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) compliance.</span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="line-height:115%;">Demonstrated knowledge of program management tools and processes (change control, risk identification, phase gate).</span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="line-height:115%;">Proven customer relationship skills including the ability to interpret customer requests and deliverables with a focus on cost, quality and delivery.</span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="line-height:115%;">Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively host presentations and work with cross functional teams.</span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="line-height:115%;">Expert skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Project.
