Vice President, CIO Office & Enablers Step into a pivotal leadership role at the heart of our global IT organisation. As Vice President, CIO Office & Enablers, you will shape how IT enables business success, drive strategic alignment, and empower teams across the enterprise to operate at their very best. Meet your future team You will join the IT & Digital Enablement (IT&DE) leadership team, reporting directly to the CIO. The Enablers unit acts as the backbone of IT&DE, enabling teams through harmonised services, clear governance, and strong strategic alignment. The unit works cross-functionally with IT domains and business stakeholders globally, fostering transparency, collaboration, and operational excellence. In this role, you will lead a highly skilled team and work closely with senior leaders to ensure IT remains a trusted strategic partner delivering value across the organisation. What we offer In this senior leadership position, you will play a key role in shaping the future of IT in a global production company. You will have the mandate and influence to design frameworks, build capabilities, and drive change at scale. More specifically, your tasks will be to: Lead and develop the Enablers unit with 10-15 employees, ensuring strong alignment between IT strategy, business objectives, and enterprise priorities Act as a strategic partner to the CIO, supporting executive materials, governance, and internal and external stakeholder interactions Shape and implement governance frameworks to ensure consistency, compliance, transparency, and efficiency across IT Drive portfolio management, including project visibility, reporting, prioritisation, and progress tracking Own and govern enterprise architecture, ensuring a sustainable and future-ready technology landscape Enable and empower internal IT teams with tools, processes, and frameworks that support innovation and operational excellence Lead cross-functional collaboration across IT and business domains to identify synergies and integration opportunities Drive cultural change within IT, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability Support IT cost optimisation initiatives and performance management through clear metrics and reporting Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing leadership team with a strong focus on talent growth and engagement What you will bring We are looking for an experienced and credible IT leader who combines strategic vision with operational excellence and strong people leadership. Moreover, we expect that you: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is preferred) Bring 10+ years of experience in senior IT leadership roles, ideally within an international production or manufacturing environment Have a proven track record of aligning IT initiatives with business strategy and delivering measurable business value Possess solid experience with IT governance, compliance, risk management, and performance measurement Demonstrate strong leadership and change management capabilities, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders Show deep business acumen and the ability to translate complex IT topics into clear strategic insights Are a confident communicator, comfortable operating across cultures and geographies Lead with integrity, collaboration, and a strong results-oriented mindset Thrive in a complex, fast-paced, international environment Ready to apply?
