This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional with a strong management accounts background who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, building relationships and influencing decision-making. Working closely with senior budget holders and operational leaders, you’ll provide insightful financial analysis, scenario modelling and business case support to drive informed decisions. You’ll also play a key role within a collaborative finance team, supporting the Finance Business Partner and contributing to wider financial planning and performance. Key Requirements for Deputy Finance Business Partner Strong management accounting background Ability to build relationships and engage with budget holders and non-finance stakeholders Commercial mindset with strong analysis and financial modelling skills Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a wider finance team Part-qualified or studying towards CIMA / ACCA (or equivalent) What’s on Offer Hybrid working – approx. 3 days per week on site in Preston Flexi-time to support work/life balance 30 days annual leave + bank holidays Generous pension scheme Study support (CIMA / ACCA etc.) after probation Excellent career development opportunities within a large organisation Applications must be submitted before 15th March, with interviews taking place shortly after for shortlisted candidates.
