Prologistix is hiring an Inventory Clerk / Forklift operator in Ellenwood, GA.
Must operate Reach and Cherry Picker (Crown Equipment only)
Shift is Monday – Friday 5 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Pay is $22/hr.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Receipt audits
- Cycle counting
- Researching
- Communicating issues
- Reporting on ways to improve picking accuracy
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and discrepancies.
- Perform physical counts of inventory
- Identify and address discrepancies
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements:
- Requires forklift certification for a minimum of Cherry/Order Picker.
- Strong work ethic as well as reliability.
- Previous experience in warehouse or dock operations
- Ability to operate a pallet jack.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items regularly (50 lbs) as well as stand all day.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a warehouse where temperatures can fluctuate from 30-100 degrees.
- Ability to read paperwork and to use warehouse scanners.
- Ability to count and add and follow directions.
- Ability to use EDMS and scanner.
- Must be able to type and have basic computer skills.
- Writing, math and communication skills.
6 months experience operating a Crown Reach and Cherry Picker
Steel toe boots that are slip resistant and puncture proof are required
