Experienced Estate Agency Branch Sales Manager wanted to lead an exceptionally busy estate agency office in Epsom: overseeing team performance, increasing market share, driving instructions, and ensuring continued growth and profitability.

An independent Estate Agency in Epsom is seeking an experienced Branch Sales Manager to take full responsibility for a busy and successful office.

This is a key leadership role, focused on overseeing daily operations, managing a high-performing team, and maintaining strong market presence. The position would suit a capable and engaging manager with a solid background in residential property sales, looking to take ownership of an established branch.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Managing the day-to-day running of the branch
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing the team
  • Increasing market share and generating new business
  • Winning instructions and growing the property register
  • Monitoring performance and ensuring targets are achieved
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service
  • Building and sustaining strong client relationships
  • Overseeing sales progression and pipeline management 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Previous experience managing an estate agency branch
  • Strong track record in residential sales 
  • Ability to handle a high volume of listings and transactions
  • Confident leadership and decision-making skills
  • Professional, articulate, and well-presented
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach
  • Good knowledge of the Epsom area (preferred)
  • Strong organisational and analytical abilities
