Digital Transformation Lead

Kongsberg Discovery is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Business Transformation Lead to join our Strategy & Analysis team in Finance. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing digital transformation initiatives within the Finance department. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enable standardization, optimization and efficient use of digital tools. You will identify opportunities for process improvement, implement digital solutions, and drive change management efforts.

What you will be doing

• Lead digital transformation projects within the global Finance department in Kongsberg Discovery.
• Champion the use of digital technology and foster a digital mindset within the business area.
• Identify and analyze opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement digital solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor and report on the progress of digital transformation initiatives.
• Provide training and support to Finance team members on new digital tools and processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

We think you should have

• A master's or bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital transformation, process improvement, and change management.
• Hands-on experience with programming, such as SQL.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and systems.
• Understanding of large, complex and integrated business systems, preferably M365.

• Work in a methodical and systematic way when approaching planning and complex problem solving.
