<p><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 11pt;font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif">The Grains manager is responsible for inspecting and sampling deliveries to ensure quality and other specifications are met. The position weighs and directs truck deliveries and loads/unloads truck and rail cars. Manager is responsible to ensure that daily operations are done in a safe and timely manner by planning, directing and coordinating with current staff.</span></p>

<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<br /></strong></p>

<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt">Monitor inbound/outbound deliveries through the scale house Inspect and sample (prove) grain from the trucks.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt"> Oversee unloading of grain trains and or trucks </span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt"> Oversee the operations of Ethanol Loadout and or railcars </span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt"> Enter shipping data into the computer </span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt">Perform preventative and general maintenance and general housekeeping duties including cleaning grain equipment, scale, wet cake pad, grain receivers and rail areas</span></li>
<li>Follow all safety guidelines to ensure compliance<span style="font-size: 11pt;font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif"></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 11pt;font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Provide leadership support in the grains department and assist with performance appraisals</span></li>

<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10.0pt;font-family: Wingdings"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-size: 14.6667px">5+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing or distribution</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-size: 14.6667px">Previous supervisory or management experience preferred</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-size: 14.6667px">Experience operating forklifts, tractors or other heavy equipment required</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-size: 14.6667px">Knowledge of rolling stock and railcar operations preferred</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-size: 14.6667px">Experience with machine operations and assembly lines a plus<br /></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 11pt;font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif">High school degree or GED </span></li>
