Quality & Compliance Analyst
Location: Bridlington
Reports to: Head of Quality
Salary: £31,500
Working hours: Monday-Friday: 8am-4pm
Join a growing manufacturing business and support the delivery of high standards in production excellence. This role suits a proactive individual with experience in BRC certification audits, QMS management and a hands on approach to quality.
What you will do:- Oversee site sampling and testing activities, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory standards.
- Review laboratory results and manage corrective and preventive actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality system digitalisation.
- Work closely with production, technical and management teams across site.
What we are looking for:- Experience in quality assurance within manufacturing.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
- Strong organisational, communication and IT skills.
- Detail focused, adaptable and able to work under pressure.
- A collaborative team player with a commitment to high standards.
