About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring that the flow of inbound customers flows quickly and efficiently while maintaining delightful levels of service
Answering sales queries and selling the Hypervolt Product line
Monitoring sales enquiries through web chat, calls and emails
Guide customers through the sales process
Efficiently manage your own inbound sales pipeline
Maintaining a high call rate
Successfully following up with both customers and installers once a lead has been passed through to completion of installation
Who we’d like: ● Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the EV charging or related industry.
● Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, flawless English is a must, regardless of background. People who are as comfortable creating well crafted emails as they are with picking up the phone and engaging with people.
● Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
● Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
● Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
