3rd Shift Palletizer Pay: $20 Location: Bolingbrook, IL About the Role: Advance Services, Inc. is hiring reliable and hardworking General Laborers to support our production operations as Palletizers and Catcher/Feeders. In this hands-on position, you’ll help feed machines, catch finished products, stack and palletize materials, and maintain overall production efficiency. We’re looking for safety-conscious candidates who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take pride in their work. Key Responsibilities: Feed production machinery and monitor workflow to ensure smooth operations. Catch and inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. Stack, bundle, and palletize products according to company and customer specifications. Wrap and label pallets for shipment or warehouse storage. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times. Assist with general labor and material handling tasks as needed. Follow all company policies, operational procedures, and safety guidelines.
