<strong>Salary:</strong> $210,000-$250,000</p>
<p><strong>Overview:</strong><br />
Our sponsor is seeking <strong>two highly skilled AI/ML Subject Matter Experts</strong> who also bring strong experience in <strong>Computer Network Operations (CNO) development</strong>. The ideal candidates will be deeply knowledgeable in artificial intelligence and machine learning while having direct, hands-on experience developing CNO capabilities. This role supports mission-focused efforts to design, prototype, and operationalize advanced AI/ML solutions aligned with CNO requirements.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>

<p>Serve as the senior technical expert in AI/ML for mission systems and projects.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Design, train, and evaluate machine learning models to support or enhance CNO capabilities.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Apply AI/ML methods to problems involving network data, cyber operations, and automation.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Collaborate with CNO development teams to integrate ML-driven capabilities into tools or workflows.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Support research, prototyping, and testing of next-generation CNO solutions.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Analyze complex datasets and provide actionable technical insights.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Produce high-quality documentation, briefings, and technical recommendations.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Extensive hands-on experience designing and implementing AI/ML models and pipelines.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><strong>Some direct experience with CNO development</strong>, including building, modifying, or enhancing CNO tools or capabilities.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proficiency in Python and common ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong understanding of cyber operations, network protocols, and security concepts.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ability to work with sensitive or classified systems (as required by sponsor).</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Experience applying AI/ML to cyber defense, network analysis, or operational cyber problems.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Background supporting IC, DoD, or national security missions.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Advanced degree in computer science, cybersecurity, data science, engineering, or related fields.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Familiarity with large-scale data engineering, distributed computing, or specialized ML domains.</p>
