Professional background: 4+ years of experience in content writing across various formats 2+ years creating content for SaaS with demonstrable results (landing pages that converted, campaigns that resonated, narratives that stuck) UX writing expertise. You create clear, scannable content that guides users naturally toward decisions Portfolio required. Show us landing pages, case studies, product marketing, or campaigns where your words made the difference Content Craft: Making tech brains. You can talk to engineers about API architecture and turn it into a compelling customer story about workflow automation Narrative and analytical mastery. You structure complex information logically and know how to build trust through content Research depth. You enjoy digging into unfamiliar topics (data warehouses, marketing attribution, business intelligence) and extracting what matters to your audience Writing excellence. Perfect grammar, consistent tone, ability to adapt your voice to match brand personality – you know the drill Precision and detail. You catch inconsistencies, ask the right questions, verify claims, and maintain quality across all deliverables Communication and Teamwork: Confident with experts.
