EDI Enrollment Specialist (Healthcare Revenue Cycle) Compensation The pay for this position is $23.00 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates EDI Enrollment Specialist (Healthcare Revenue Cycle) Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is full-time, Monday–Friday, standard business hours EDI Enrollment Specialist (Healthcare Revenue Cycle) Responsibilities Complete registration and enrollment for EDI claims, ERA (remittance), and EFT setup Generate, track, and monitor EDI agreements to ensure timely completion and implementation Monitor enrollment accounts and resolve denials, errors, and payer correspondence Maintain accurate documentation throughout the enrollment lifecycle Provide support for EDI clearinghouse service requests (user setup, permissions, workgroups) Set up, configure, and monitor workgroups within Waystar Assist with rejected and denied claims workflows and resolution processes Ensure adherence to workflows, tools, and compliance requirements Perform additional duties as assigned EDI Enrollment Specialist (Healthcare Revenue Cycle) Requirements High School Diploma or GED Experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), including claims, ERA, and EFT enrollment Strong understanding of clearinghouse enrollment workflows Experience with healthcare revenue cycle or payer enrollment processes Strong communication and documentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days EDI Enrollment Specialist (Healthcare Revenue Cycle) Preferred Qualifications Strong preference for hands-on experience with Waystar Experience setting up and managing workgroups within Waystar Experience monitoring enrollment workflows and resolving issues within clearinghouse systems Familiarity with Availity or similar EDI clearinghouse platforms Experience working rejected/denied claims and payer follow-up processes Prior exposure to EDI onboarding, ERA enrollment, and EFT setup workflows If you think this EDI Enrollment Specialist (Healthcare Revenue Cycle) position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me - feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting!
