CNC/Shop Helper

<p><strong style="font-size:15px;">Hiring a CNC/Shop Helper for a client within Montgomery County!</strong><p>Pay: $18/hr for entry level candidates with minimal experience. <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job travelers.</li><li>Perform complete machine setups including tooling, fixtures, offsets, and work holding.</li><li>Machine a variety of materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, alloys, and specialty materials.</li><li>Perform in‑process inspection using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and indicators.</li><li>Troubleshoot machining issues and make real‑time adjustments as needed.</li><li>Work closely with programmers, engineers, and shop leadership to improve part quality and efficiency.</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.</li><li>Support continuous improvement and best practices within the job shop.</li></ul><p>Open to entry level candidates looking for more shop experience!<p><strong>Job Type & Location</strong><p>This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Willow Grove, PA.</p><strong>Pay and Benefits</strong><p>The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.<p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
