About the Role
Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Sales Commissions Analyst for a client of ours in Morrisville, NC.
Responsibilities
Implement and administer the Global Sales Compensation programs
Ensure credited sales compensation is promptly and accurately paid
Design training and communication strategies to ensure plans are understood by Sales Management and employees
Interface with Sales Management to ensure correct crediting
Work with IT and HRIS Analysts to ensure sales compensation systems accurately calculate and report incentive plan payments
Work with Finance on commission expense budgeting, accruals, forecasting, and Sarbanes Oxley compliance
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required; Master’s Degree is preferred
CPA certification is preferred
Experience with Sales Compensation Database Systems is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
