<li class="MsoNoSpacing"><span><span>CoSourcing Partners is seeking a highly experienced Senior HubSpot Administrator to own, scale, and architect our HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Operations Hub environment.</span></span></li>
<li class="MsoNoSpacing"><span><span>This role is responsible not only for CRM administration but for building and scaling our Marketing Cloud and outbound/inbound lead generation engine transforming HubSpot into a high-velocity, automated marketing and sales demand platform.</span></span></li>
<li class="MsoNoSpacing"><span><span>This is a strategic, hands-on platform leadership role responsible for generating pipeline, accelerating deal velocity, and enabling predictable revenue growth.</span></span></li>

<span><span><b>HubSpot Platform Architecture & Automation</b></span></span>

<li class="MsoNoSpacing"><span><span>Serve as system owner for CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Operations Hub</span></span></li>
<li class="MsoNoSpacing"><span><span>Architect automation across lifecycle stages, routing, scoring, SLAs, pipelines, and attribution</span></span></li>
<li class="MsoNoSpacing"><span><span>Design custom objects and normalized data models to support multi-line business operations</span></span></li>
<li class="MsoNoSpacing"><span><span>Build API and workflow-based automation across marketing, recruiting, and sales</span></span></li>
</ul>
<span><span><b>Marketing Cloud & Lead Generation Engine</b></span></span>
<ul>
<li class="MsoNoSpacing"><span><span>Architect HubSpot Marketing Cloud to serve as CSP’s primary lead generation, nurture, and conversion engine</span></span></li>
<li class="MsoNoSpacing"><span><span>Build and optimize inbound and outbound automation flows for:</span></span></li>
<li class="MsoNoSpacing"><span><span>Email campaigns</span></span></li>
<li class="MsoNoSpacing"><span><span>LinkedIn and ABM outreach</span></span></li>
<li class="MsoNoSpacing"><span><span>Multi-touch nurture journeys</span></span></li>
<li class="MsoNoSpacing"><span><span>Event and webinar funnels</span></span></li>
<li class="MsoNoSpacing"><span><span>Implement segmentation, behavioral scoring, and attribution logic</span></span></li>
<li class="MsoNoSpacing"><span><span>Create conversion pipelines from lead → MQL → SQL → deal → hire</span></span></li>
<li class="MsoNoSpacing"><span><span>Optimize campaign ROI, CAC, and velocity metrics</span></span></li>

<span><span><b>Required Qualifications</b></span></span>
<ul>
<li class="MsoNoSpacing"><span><span>5+ years of senior-level HubSpot administration and architecture experience</span></span></li>
<li class="MsoNoSpacing"><span><span>Expert proficiency in HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Operations Hub</span></span></li>
<li class="MsoNoSpacing"><span><span>Proven experience building marketing automation and lead generation engines</span></span></li>
<li class="MsoNoSpacing"><span><span>Strong RevOps, attribution, and pipeline analytics background</span></span></li>
<li class="MsoNoSpacing"><span><span>API and integration automation experience</span></span></li>
<li class="MsoNoSpacing"><span><span>B2B services, staffing, consulting, or healthcare/financial services domain experience</span></span></li>
<li class="MsoNoSpacing"><span><span>HubSpot Certifications</span></span></li>
