About the Role

Description: Pay Rate: $20 630am-700pm and 630pm-700am rotating swing shift 12-hour shifts. Schedule is Monday- on Tuesday- on Wednesday- OFF Thursday-OFF Friday-on Saturday-on Sunday- on Monday- OFF Tuesday- OFF Wednesday-on Thursday-on Friday-OFF Saturday-OFF Sunday- OFF, then repeat on nightshift. 1-2 year chemical manufacturing experience is preferred. Forklift experience required 30 minute in person interview Support manufacturing of products according to established protocols and perform operations in support of the group, department and company.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS? Perform production operation so Perform packaging operations per current production process and procedures. o Transport chemicals and equipment to and from processes including use of pumps/piping, fork trucks, pallet jacks or dollies.o Ensure quality and quantity of product throughout production process.o Wear appropriate PPE for production processes which may include full face respirators, gloves, suit so Clean-up equipment and working areas after production operation so Coordinate appropriate disposal of waste and complete compliance documentation.? Communicate and document status of processes, products, and equipment.o Communicate the status of production operations/equipment and bring deviations to the attention of supervisor.o Provide a complete and accurate batch record at the conclusion of production operations consistent with quality guidelines.o Ensure all applicable log books have been filled out completely as required by current procedures? This role requires operating production equipment, transporting materials, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Essential Responsibilities Perform production and packaging operations according to current manufacturing procedures. Transport chemicals, materials, and equipment using forklifts, pallet jacks, pumps, piping systems, and other material handling equipment. Monitor product quality and production output throughout the manufacturing process. Complete batch records, production documentation, and required logbooks accurately and completely. Communicate production status, equipment issues, and process deviations to supervisors. Clean production equipment and work areas following manufacturing operations. Coordinate proper waste disposal and complete compliance documentation. Follow all safety procedures, operating guidelines, and quality standards. Properly use, clean, and store required personal protective equipment (PPE). Label equipment, containers, and in-process materials appropriately. Participate in safety training and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
