Practice Accountant/Qualified Accountant - Independent accounting firm Buckinghamshire £45,000 to £55,000 Butler Rose Public Practice is delighted to be supporting a growing and ambitious accountancy firm in their search for an experienced Practice Accountant to join one of their offices in Buckinghamshire. This opportunity would suit a confident and capable practice professional who enjoys managing their own portfolio, building strong client relationships, and working within a flexible and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact Prepare Limited Company accounts Prepare Self-Assessment tax returns Complete VAT returns and oversee payroll Work with cloud-based accounting software including Xero, QuickBooks, Sage and FreeAgent Provide proactive support and advice to clients Key Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience within an accountancy practice Experience managing a client portfolio ACA/ACCA qualified preferred, although QBE will be considered Strong working knowledge of cloud accounting systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organised, professional and client-focused What's on Offer £45,000 - £55,000 salary Flexible working hours depending on workload and personal requirements Company pension On-site parking Interested?
