Care Assistant Complex Care – Telford, Shropshire JAM CARE is recruiting for permanent staff to provide care and support to our clients with complex needs in the community You will be caring for and supporting clients in their own homes and supporting their families and loved ones. The role involves working with vulnerable adults who require help and support which could be one or a combination of the following: clinical, practical, or mental. Skills & Experience Required Experienced working with Challenging Behaviours in a care environment Excellent communication skills and ability to promote happiness, self-reliance and encourage positive interactions Good practical & observational skills. Flexibility, empathy and approachability. Ability to remain calm in a crisis and be emotionally resilient, and able to handle whatever challenges the day throws at you.
