Job Description

The Legal Manager will be:* Supporting the strategic growth of the property managed legal services offering
* Designing and delivering legal service solutions for clients
* Managing and developing a high performing team of real estate lawyers
* Overseeing end to end delivery of complex client engagements
* Acting as a senior advisor to clients with large property portfolios
* Driving efficiency through legal operations, process improvement and technology
* Working with internal teams to deliver integrated client solutions
* Identifying growth opportunities and enhancing client relationships
* Contributing to innovation and wider business initiatives

The Successful Applicant

The Legal Manager should be:* A solicitor with circa 10+ years PQE in real estate law
* Experienced in handling complex commercial property matters
* Proven in managing and developing high performing legal teams
* Commercially astute with strong client relationship skills
* Experienced in managed legal services, legal operations or similar models
* Skilled in delivering work within structured frameworks and deadlines
* Interested in innovation, legal technology and process improvement

• * A clear communicator with strong stakeholder management ability
