This is a developer with genuine global reach - active across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Australia - and a growing London landbank that gives this role real substance and variety.What makes the role exceptional Rather than working on a single scheme, this role spans the developer's entire London portfolio. With several significant sites launching over the next 12 months - including a 47-acre riverside development - there is an impressive volume and variety of stock to sell. The team is small, well-established and genuinely collaborative, with a non-corporate environment that's rare at this level.Key responsibilitiesManage sales across the developer's full London portfolio of new homesConduct viewings across multiple London sitesBuild relationships with UK-based and international buyers, including those from the Middle East and AustraliaSupport buyers through the full sales journey from enquiry to exchangeRepresent the brand at the marketing suite and on-siteRequirementsProven experience as a Sales Negotiator within new homes or residential propertyConfident handling sales across multiple sites or developmentsStrong communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse, international buyer baseSelf-motivated with the ability to manage a varied workloadExperience in or appetite for working with international buyers is advantageousRewards and benefits£35,000 - £40,000 basic salary depending on experienceOTE £75,000 - £100,000No Sundays - approximately one Saturday per month with a day off in lieuWork across one of London's most substantial and varied new homes portfoliosAccess to a global developer with an international buyer networkWe are an equal opportunities recruiter, valuing diversity and inclusion and welcoming applications from all suitably qualified individuals, regardless of background.Interested in finding out more?
