<p data-start="367" data-end="676">Connex Education is working in partnership with a dynamic inner-city primary school seeking a <span data-start="461" data-end="489">dedicated Year 4 Teacher</span> to join their team for the second half of the summer term. <h3 data-section-id="iq50t0" data-start="678" data-end="699">✨ About the Role:</h3>
<p data-start="700" data-end="994">You will take on full class teaching responsibilities within a Year 4 classroom, working closely with the wider KS2 team to ensure consistency and high-quality teaching and learning. Collaboration is key in this role. You aill have a class of 30 pupils and support from a full-time HLTA.</p>

<li data-section-id="16e1mg9" data-start="1027" data-end="1061">Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)</li>
<li data-section-id="ghlqag" data-start="1062" data-end="1121">Strong experience within Key Stage 2 (Year 4 desirable)</li>
<li data-section-id="17brtao" data-start="1122" data-end="1180">Confidence working in an inner-city school environment</li>
<li data-section-id="kgx48b" data-start="1181" data-end="1262">Ability to manage behaviour effectively and create an engaging learning space</li>
<li data-section-id="1qh7upo" data-start="1263" data-end="1313">A flexible, team-oriented approach to teaching</li>
</ul>
