They are in a period of transition, focusing on improving their benefits processes, centralizing operations, and supporting several high‑impact projects. Functieomschrijving
Deliver and manage benefits operations across multiple countries.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and local legal/regulatory requirements.
Manage local benefits plans (health, retirement, etc.).
Support the transition of benefits activities to Shared Service Centers.
Provide subject‑matter expertise for benefits projects, reviews, and CBA support.
Prepare and coordinate benefits deliverables for the divestment project.
Maintain relationships with benefits vendors and brokers.
Keep employee communication materials up to date.
Profiel
3- 5+ years in Benefits or Reward within multinational or complex settings.
Strong understanding of country‑specific benefits, legal frameworks, and operational processes.
Excellent project management and analytical skills.
Strong Excel proficiency.
Fluent in English; Dutch strongly preferred.
Accurate, proactive and comfortable asking questions.
Strong prioritisation ability in a high‑workload environment.
Team player who can also operate independently.
Resilient and adaptable in a constantly changing environment.
Ability to navigate diverse cultural settings.
