HOMECAREER FAIRS Career Fairs UFA provides opportunities for high school and junior high students to meet a firefighter and to learn about Firefighting as a possible career choice. The classes normally run a full class period and cover an introduction to firefighting and information about the Unified Fire Authority to include fire equipment, tasks, types of fire and medical calls, station life and prerequisites for a career in firefighting.
