You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with the engineering team and occasionally attend customer sites, giving you wider exposure to projects from build stage through to completion.</p> <p>This role would suit someone who enjoys seeing tangible results from their work and wants to be part of a company where engineering standards and teamwork genuinely matter.</p> <p><b>What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:</b></p> <ul> <li>TIG and MIG welding.</li> <li>Fabricating with stainless and mild steel.</li> <li>Supporting machinery refurbishment projects.</li> <li>Assisting with structural steel fabrication.</li> <li>Providing practical technical input during build stages.</li> <li>Carrying out lifting and slinging operations safely.</li> <li>Operating a forklift within the workshop environment.</li> <li>Maintaining excellent health and safety standards.</li> <li>Supporting occasional customer site visits with the engineering team.</li> <li>Assisting with wider workshop activities where required.</li> </ul> <p><b>What They&rsquo;re Looking For:</b></p> <ul> <li>At least 2 years&rsquo; experience in a fabrication or welding role.</li> <li>TIG and MIG welding experience.</li> <li>Experience working with stainless and mild steel.</li> <li>High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.</li> <li>Reliable and professional approach.</li> <li>Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team.</li> <li>Good understanding of workshop health and safety practices.</li> </ul> <p>If you&rsquo;re looking for a role where your skills will be appreciated, your work will stay interesting, and you can enjoy a better balance between work and life, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business with real long-term potential.</p> <p>four</p> <p>As part of the recruitment process, shortlisted applicants will complete a short online assessment which takes around 10 minutes.
