The Technical Lead is responsible for driving solution design, guiding engineering teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality full-stack applications. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on expertise across .NET, React, and Azure, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure software solutions.

• Lead solution design, participate in architecture reviews, and contribute to hands-on development for full-stack applications using .NET and React, deployed on Azure.

• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, QA teams, and operations to deliver production-ready software within demanding timelines.

• Define, implement, and uphold engineering best practices covering coding standards, security, automated testing, CI/CD, and observability.

• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineers; support resource planning, delivery estimation, and technical decision-making.

• Participate in technical discussions with stakeholders and translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

• Demonstrated experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise-grade applications.

• Advanced expertise in .NET (Core/.NET 6+), C#, and backend service architecture (APIs, microservices).

• Strong hands-on experience with React, including hooks, state management patterns, and modern frontend build tools.

• Practical experience working with Microsoft Azure services such as App Services or AKS, Azure Functions, Azure SQL or Cosmos DB, Azure AD/Azure B2C, and DevOps pipelines.

• Solid understanding of CI/CD practices, automated testing frameworks, containerization (Docker), and Infrastructure as Code tooling (ARM, Bicep, or Terraform).

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging platforms (e.g., Service Bus, Event Grid), and performance optimization.

• Background in consulting or professional services environments.

• Familiarity with enterprise security standards, compliance requirements, and secure development practices.
