In this key leadership role, you will shape and scale our sales activities around premium market intelligence, industry-leading certifications, data-driven analyses and strategic consulting services within the renewable energy ecosystem - including photovoltaics, energy storage, heat pumps and electromobility.

Your Mission

  • Identify and unlock new business opportunities across the renewable energy landscape while building and expanding a strong industry network.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients by understanding their strategic challenges and developing tailored, value-driven solutions.
  • Position our portfolio of market studies, certifications, analyses and consulting services as essential growth tools within the energy market.
  • Drive the professionalisation and scalability of our sales organisation by optimising processes, structures and customer journeys.
  • Develop and execute ambitious sales strategies, including KPI ownership, revenue planning and transparent performance management.
  • Lead, inspire and coach a growing sales team while fostering a modern, collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
  • Leverage existing market relationships and industry contacts to accelerate business growth and strategic partnerships.

 

What You Bring

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the renewable energy, energy services or consulting environment.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, team development and performance management.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience managing revenue targets, budgets and business growth initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented working style.
  • Entrepreneurial drive, hands-on mentality and the ability to operate confidently in dynamic market environments.
  • Fluency in German and English.
