About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly entrepreneurial leadership role where you'll have the chance to build and shape the future of an established tax practice within a nationally recognized wealth management organization. Rather than inheriting a traditional tax department, you'll oversee an existing operation that serves nearly 1,000 client households while leading its transformation into a scalable, long-term growth engine for the business. You'll manage a team of tax professionals, modernize processes and technology, implement new systems, and partner directly with financial advisors to deliver a more integrated, proactive tax planning experience. This role blends tax expertise, operational leadership, strategic planning, and business development, offering significant autonomy and visibility with leadership. It's an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building, influencing change, and creating lasting impact while helping shape a service offering that will continue to grow for years to come.
