About the Role
<p>We are recruiting a job opportunity for a long-standing firm of accountants based in Lincoln, who are looking to hire a Semi-Senior to Senior Accountant during a period of growth.</p>
<p>Hybrid and flexible working opportunities are available. The role is open to part-time and full-time candidates and the salary is dependent on experience.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><em>Prepare year-end accounts and corporation/personal tax returns for a diverse client portfolio</em></li>
<li><em>Review and prepare complex VAT returns and advise on compliance matters</em></li>
<li><em>Deliver tax planning advice to clients and complete P11Ds as required</em></li>
<li><em>Support clients with financial forecasting, cash flow projections and budgeting</em></li>
<li><em>Train, supervise, and mentor junior staff, contributing to their growth and development</em></li>
<li><em>Manage your own client workload and deadlines efficiently</em></li>
<li><em>Communicate financial information clearly and effectively to clients</em></li>
<li><em>Attend and contribute to client meetings and internal team discussions</em></li>
<li><em>Help promote our full range of services through strong client engagement and cross-referrals</em></li>
<li><em>Play a key role in maintaining high-quality standards and contributing to team morale</em></li>
