Provides end‑to‑end leadership of provider contract management, partnering cross‑functionally to support negotiations and address in‑period performance needs. Leads complex analyses and strategic initiatives, applying sound judgment, foresight, and innovation. Delivers clear insights and actionable recommendations to leadership, advances financial analysis and forecasting methodologies, and translates business objectives into technical requirements for system partners. Serves as a trusted internal subject matter expert</p><p><br /><b>Responsibilities:</b><br />• Managing pharmacy pricing to meet contractual guarantees.<br />• Reviewing pharmacy contracts and ensuring that all guarantees are accounted for.<br />• Tracking, managing and reporting of pharmacy guarantee performance.<br />• Recommend system’s adjustments for proper alignment to provider’s contractual guarantees<br />• Monitor and optimize Provider Guarantee's database<br />• Cross Functional support of internal business partners through ad hoc projects.<br />• Lead analyses of claim data related to the assessment of strategic corporate initiatives and projects.<br />• Analyze current processes and identify areas of improvement.</p><p><br /><b>Qualifications:</b><br />• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in business, accounting, mathematics, statistics or finance)<br />• 3 plus years of business experience in analysis, modeling, pricing &/or data management.<br />• Experience with all MS Office applications<br />• Experience of data warehouse and/coding preferred (Visual Basic, Python, C++, SQL, R, Teradata)<br />• Thorough knowledge of PBM business model.<br />• Analytical, highly organized, able to work with little supervision, motivated to successfully meet deadlines, attention to detail and<br />ability to multi-task.<br />• Excellent Communication skills, oral and written.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><br /><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Qualified applicants will be considered without regard to race, color, age, disability, sex, childbirth (including pregnancy) or related medical conditions including but not limited to lactation, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran or military status, religion, national origin, ancestry, marital or familial status, genetic information, status with regard to public assistance, citizenship status or any other characteristic protected by applicable equal employment opportunity laws.<p style="text-align:left"><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Please note that you must meet our posting guidelines to be eligible for consideration.
