About the Role
Client Manager Client Manager Reports to: Senior Client Manager Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum Car Allowance: £3,600 per annum Function: Field Account Management & Fulfilment Stability Purpose Manage operational delivery at account level ensuring workforce fulfilment, compliance integrity and consistent service standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily fulfilment and workforce attendance. Maintain strong working relationship with client s takeholders . Monitor retention and absence trends. Escalate supply or service risks promptly. Coordinate with Delivery and Recruitment teams. Support workforce engagement initiatives. Maintain accurate reporting and workforce data. Ensure rate and placement accuracy. Participate in client performance reviews. Key Skills & Attributes Experience in industrial recruitment environments. Organised and structured approach.
