Do I need to be an employee to recommend friends? Absolutely not! The program is not limited to our employees. We accept recommendations from both our candidates and people not connected with Sii in any way. So feel free to send your referral. 2. Can I send the recommendation via email? Unfortunately not. To take care of your personal data, as well as your friend’s data, you need to use a dedicated form on our website. Thanks to this form you can be sure your data are processed in accordance with GDPR rules. 3. If I am not employee, when & how I receive the bonus? The first part of the bonus will be granted after your friend completes the first month of employment at Sii. You’ll be contacted by our HR Operations Department to sign a civil contract with us. Then, after the third month of your friend’s work, you’ll receive the second part of the bonus. 4. What bonus amount can I receive? It depends on your friend’s job position and seniority after hiring them to Sii. The bigger professional experience your friend has, the bigger bonus you receive. For senior positions, you can get up to 8 000 PLN! Check all the details in the recommendations program Terms and conditions. 5. How do I know what happens with my friend’s recruitment process? Right after you send the recommendation, you and your friend will be contacted by our Recruitment Team.
