What will I be doing? This isn't your typical Garden Sundries Supervisor role. No two days are the same, and you'll enjoy a varied, hands-on position within a large, successful business. You'll be involved in maintaining high retail standards, supporting sales, and ensuring customers receive knowledgeable and friendly service throughout the garden sundries department. Responsibilities You'll help supervise a team of up to 4-5 colleagues during peak trading periods, with a smaller team off-season. You'll play a key role in motivating the team, maintaining strong merchandising standards, and supporting the smooth running of the department. Who will I be working for?
