About the Role
<p><strong>Facilities Assistant / Security needed in Solihull, £13.05ph </strong><strong>PAYE – Reference: RQ1747664</strong></p>
<p>Shift Rota: 3 buildings to open and close</p>
<p>7:30am – 3pm – 30 minutes unpaid break</p>
<p>11:30am – 7pm – 30 minutes unpaid break Monday – Friday, an out of hours emergency call and out of hours procedure.</p>
<p>every 3 weeks rota.</p>
<p>assess the building with security.</p>
<p>minimum of 3 hours paid – call out</p>
<p>no standby fee.</p>
<ul>
<li>Driving Licence – access to own vehicle. 6 points and under accepted.</li>
<li>opening and closing of building willing to provide cover for facilities team</li>
<li>Carrying out health and safety inspections and compliance checks – work place inspections</li>
<li>Identify hazards/risks/secruity – esculating to facilities lead and raise jobs for external companies to resolve</li>
<li>Patroling the building</li>
