Senior Valuer – Oxfordshire

Senior Valuer (Residential Property) Location: Didcot Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic + £42,000 – £60,000 OTE (depending on experience) Our client, a well-established and growing property business, is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Valuer to join their dynamic team. The Role As a Senior Valuer, you will be responsible for generating new business through property valuations, building strong relationships with vendors, and converting valuations into instructions. You will play a key role in driving revenue and maintaining high professional standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct accurate and professional property valuations Win new instructions and secure new business opportunities Build and maintain strong client relationships Provide expert advice on pricing and market conditions Work closely with the wider sales team to ensure successful transactions Requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience within estate agency Previous experience at valuer level or with exposure to property valuations Strong track record of winning instructions (preferred) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Full UK driving licence Package Basic salary: £30,000 – £35,000 OTE: £42,000 – £60,000 (uncapped, dependent on experience)
