Warehouse Operatives Wanted – Immediate Starts Available
Location: Nuneaton (CV10) | Pay From: £12.71 per hour

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a well-established and fast-growing client in Nuneaton. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for reliable work, a supportive team environment, and long-term career prospects.

Shifts Available

• Tuesday – Thursday
• 6:00am – 4:00pm

Flexible options available – suitable for full-time, part-time, and students (up to 20 hours per week).

The Role

• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Sorting and scanning parcels efficiently and accurately
• Using handheld scanners (HHTs), pump trucks, and conveyor systems
• Organising parcels by postcode areas
• Carrying out general warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• A positive and hardworking attitude
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling
• Basic IT skills for scanners and warehouse systems
• Reliable and flexible approach to work
