<p>The successful candidate will responsibility with the strategic development of our service and leading the operational delivery of integrated health and social care.</p>
<p>They will be directly responsible for the line management of Integrated Social Care Managers and will support a full complement of experienced managers in the strategic direction and performance of their teams. Providing support to them to ensure we achieve positive outcomes and make a difference for the people of Gloucestershire.</p>
