<strong>Quality Manager – Penrith – Up to £65k + Bonus<br></strong><br>Ready to take the lead on quality in a fast-moving manufacturing environment?<br>We’re working with a forward-thinking manufacturer in Penrith, entering an exciting phase of growth, with a new production line and major transformation plans underway. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager to shape site standards and drive continuous improvement.<br>You’ll take ownership of the site’s quality strategy, leading QA and QC activity, strengthening systems, and embedding a true “quality-first” culture across the operation. Working closely with production, engineering and suppliers, you’ll ensure products consistently meet the highest standards.<br><br><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong><br><ul><li>Leading and developing the site Quality Strategy</li><ul><li>Managing and improving the QMS (including ISO 9001 compliance)</li><li>Driving quality improvements through data, root cause analysis and process control</li><li>Leading audits, resolving non-conformances and reducing customer complaints</li><li>Supporting new product introduction and supplier quality performance</li><li>Coaching and developing teams to build a strong quality culture</li></ul></ul><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong><br><ul><li>Proven Quality leadership experience in manufacturing or production</li><ul><li>Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality tools (FMEA, RCA, etc.)</li><li>A hands-on, solutions-focused approach</li><li>Confident leadership and strong communication skills</li></ul></ul><strong>What’s on offer:</strong><br><ul><li>Competitive Salary up to £65k + up to 10% bonus</li><ul><li>25 days holiday + option to buy more</li><li>Pension up to 7.5%</li><li>Private medical cover</li><li>Modern, on-site working environment</li><li>Real opportunity to influence and make an impact</li></ul></ul>If you’re a driven Quality professional looking for your next challenge, we’d love to hear from you.<br> <br>ou.
