+ Receipt and dispatch of blades into the workshop iaw RBL process and as directed by the production manager
+ Responsible for ensuring all maintenance activities are carried out using correct and up to date company procedures, and standards required by the civil aviation authority
+ Responsible for ensuring compliance to RBL and UK HSE procedural compliance
+ Maintain a complete record of individual day to day blade repair carried out
+ Maintain all training as directed by the quality manager and production manager
+ Perform composite repairs on aircraft components in accordance with FAA and OEM requirements
+ Rotor blade repair activities include sanding, cleaning, and blade specific maintenance
+ Minor repairs and balancing of Main and Tail rotor blades
+ Assisting with audits as required
