The ideal candidate will inspire students to develop strong mathematical reasoning skills while integrating Catholic values into daily instruction and classroom life. Primary Responsibilities Instruction & Curriculum Teach middle school mathematics, including grade-level math and pre-algebra/algebra as assigned Develop and implement engaging, standards-aligned lesson plans Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs Integrate technology and hands-on learning strategies into instruction Assess student progress regularly and maintain accurate academic records Faith & Community Engagement Support and uphold the mission and teachings of the Catholic Church Integrate Catholic values across the curriculum and classroom culture Participate in school Masses, prayer services, retreats, and faith-based activities Foster a respectful, inclusive, and Christ-centered classroom environment Collaboration & Professional Growth Work collaboratively with colleagues, administration, and parents Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events Communicate effectively and consistently with families regarding student progress Serve as a homeroom teacher and/or moderator for student activities as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field Valid state teaching certification Prior middle school teaching experience preferred Strong classroom management and organizational skills Completion of diocesan safe environment requirements (upon hire) Key Competencies Passion for working with adolescents Ability to make math engaging, accessible, and relevant Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to continuous professional and spiritual growth Qualified and interested candidates please send your resume and cover letter to the Principal at the e-mail address noted above.
