B2B Marketing Analytics Lead

Contract | 12 Months

London (Hybrid EC1: 3 days office / 2 days remote)
Up to £96,000 base salary per year.

We're partnering with a global, product-led technology organisation operating at significant scale, known for its investment in data, experimentation, and modern marketing infrastructure. Their Growth Marketing & Insights function is expanding and looking for a senior B2B Marketing Analytics specialist to step into a high-impact role.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own performance analysis across key B2B channels (paid media, ABM, email, web, events)
  • Deliver full-funnel insights - from engagement through to pipeline contribution and conversion
  • Build and refine measurement frameworks that drive consistent, decision-ready reporting
  • Develop Power BI dashboards that marketers actually use
  • Influence budget allocation and optimisation through clear, commercially grounded insights
  • Partner closely with Campaigns, Marketing Ops, and Sales to shape strategy
  • Contribute to attribution, incrementality, and experimentation workstreams
  • Improve data quality, tracking, and reporting scalability across the marketing ecosystem

What they're looking for:

  • 8+ years in B2B marketing analytics / performance measurement
  • Strong understanding of demand gen, ABM, and channel performance
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI
  • Comfortable working with SQL + Excel (Python/R a bonus)
  • Experience with platforms like Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, AEP, or similar
  • Ability to translate data into clear recommendations that influence decisions
